An even exchange or a refund will be granted for the full amount of the purchase price minus a 15% restocking fee. This is contingent upon the product not be worn, or altered. In the event that a refund is not requested, We will offer a store credit or an exchange.  All returns for exchanges must be made no later than 14 days after order is received, please do not remove any tags, labels, etc. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. All sales of Custom Color, clearance items and wigs and or hairpieces are final.

Merchandise credits are good for one full year from date of issue.

Due to the nature of the products, all sales are final and non-cancelable. In order to insure prompt processing , as well as the ability to accept credit cards, by agreeing to purchase, the customer agrees to not seek any refunds or adjustments of the purchase price by requesting the credit card company to charge back any payment to the us.
